At StrongStrains, we are committed to providing high-quality cannabis products and excellent customer service. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase. 

All Sales Are Final:

Due to the nature of our products and compliance with New York State cannabis regulations, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for reasons such as: 

• Change of mind 
• Personal dislike of the product 
• Unmet expectations  

We encourage all customers to consult with our knowledgeable staff before purchasing to ensure the right product is selected  

Defective Product Policy: 

We only accept returns within 48 hours of purchase for defective products only. To qualify: 

• The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging 
• You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase 
• The issue must be clearly due to a manufacturing defect (e.g., faulty vape cartridge, unsealed packaging, etc.)  

If the return is approved, a replacement product will be offered. If a replacement is not available, store credit may be issued at our discretion.

To initiate a return for a defective item, please: 

• Arrive within 48 hours of purchase at 19 Technology Dr, Setauket, NY, 11733 
• Provide your name, order number, and details of the defect 
• Provide the item and original packaging for inspection
