UK Cheese is the first hybrid in the MFNY Classics lineup. Its predecessor, “Exodus Cheeze”, was hunted and circulated through London's underground grow scene in the 1990s, so it’s their equivalent to New York’s Sour Diesel. Our cut is the sweet-leaning phenotype: not straight-up cheese. White cheddar upfront, then waves of sweetness, earthiness, and nutty fruit underneath. A balanced hybrid, it’s euphoric and social, with a warmth underneath that settles without weighing you down.
